Corporate Transformation Manager
What you will do
- Continuously identify high value questions for imec and turn these into opportunities for productivity improvement and value creation across the organization
- End-to-end ownership of strategic transformation and corporate development initiatives such as organizational evolutions and innovation processes
- Lead strategic analyses and translate data driven insights into concrete strategic options and recommendations
- Act as an informed change driver by closely interacting with all relevant stakeholders (technical, business and operational) at all levels of the management chain
- Monitor progress, risks and value realization and steer corrective actions where needed to guarantee win-win outcomes for all stakeholders that are affected through the change programs you drive
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across the organization

Who you are
- Master’s degree in engineering or economics and minimally three years of experience in a high-tech environment
- A strong affinity with quantitative analysis through Python/Stata/R is a significant plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizational silos and hierarchical reporting lines
- Experience in strategic transformation, change management, corporate development or strategy consulting
- You have an execution mindset and proven ability to constructively work at all levels of an organization, including reporting to C-level leadership
- Experience in high-tech, R&D-driven or innovation-intensive organizations is a strong asset
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
