Business Controller (temporary assignment)
The assignment
We are looking for an Interim Business Controller to ensure financial continuity and drive process optimization by taking ownership of key controlling activities and implementing automation initiatives that strengthen imec’s operational excellence during a team redesign transition.
- Maintain critical financial reporting and analysis tasks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in internal processes.
Required knowledge and skills
- Preferably 10 years of progressive experience in Business Controlling, Financial Analysis, or a similar finance role, ideally within a complex, technology-driven and international setting.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, EXcel, PowerBi,..).
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and a strategic mindset.
