Administrative assistant for contract handling (temporary assignment)
The assignment
- As an administrative assistant, you will take care of a specific type of business contracts.
- You apply the imec approval flow, prior to the internal and external signature handling (on paper or electronic).
- All actions are to be documented in CRM and Sharepoint.
- You will Learn & apply the imec approval flow for a certain type of business contracts
- You take care of internal & external signature handling (paper - electronic) & communication on status
- You will register the administration in CRM & Sharepoint
- Dafting and communication of quotations
Required knowledge and skills
- You are eager to learn
- You have a proactive & assertive communication
- You are very accurate, with an eye for detail and able to work towards deadlines
- Paralegal affinity is a plus
