Workplace Experience
Coordinator
What you will do
We
want you to enhance our workplace experience and make it innovative, attractive
and sustainable. From campus choices to healthy food & beverages, through
your guidance, expertise and ability to support change, you will contribute to
the bottom-line of employee satisfaction and the imec employer brand.
- Work with and implement the imec workplace vision into all ongoing and new campus and catering projects. Embed the employee experience and hospitality perspective into procedures, practices and implementation choices. Co-ordinate and communicate operational decisions according to this framework (from meeting rooms to sports and wellbeing facilities).
- Equip managers and guide teams through the transitions these projects bring, together with partner Brainmove. You offer a range of services, ranging from support with creating buy-in to co-creating team agreements. You communicate frequently with managers, teams and employees.
- Implement and manage a new catering & hospitality strategy and offering. You are responsible for the new and upgraded food and beverage vendor management and incessantly steer towards quality, sustainability, capture rate, and budget KPIs. Our campus masterplan offers excellent opportunities to do just that.
- Bring continuous improvement based on (imec) data-driven insights and best practices or external benchmarks, ensuring impactful feedback loops.
- Support workplace transformations across imec’s international sites, ensuring a consistent imec look & feel and leveraging learnings from other locations.
- Report to the CHRO Director responsible for Workplace Experience. Initiate and maintain seamless collaboration across functions (Facilities, HR, ICT) to reach the shared objectives.
