About the Role

We are looking for an Inbound Operations Coordinator for our Incoming Goods team. In this role, you will use your technical skills to help manage the correct and efficient reception of all incoming materials. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and help your colleagues learn new digital processes as we move to SAP EWM.
This job is ideal for someone who likes working in a high‑tech environment, enjoys teamwork, and takes responsibility for quality and accuracy.

Your Responsibilities

Support Daily Inbound Operations

  • Handle incoming goods: receiving, checking, identifying, booking, and documenting materials.
  • Use SAP/EWM, handheld scanners, and follow the correct digital workflows.
  • Make sure all work follows imec rules, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Help and Guide Colleagues

  • Support warehouse clerks on the work floor together with the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Provide practical training on digital tools and new EWM procedures.
  • Encourage teamwork and a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Support EWM & Digital Warehouse Processes

  • Act as a first contact for questions about EWM and help solve basic issues.
  • Promote accurate, paperless, and fully digital warehouse operations.
  • Help ensure there are no critical booking mistakes and that data is correct.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform quality checks on incoming goods (labels, damage, packing lists, serial numbers, quantities).
  • Report and help solve issues together with Supply Chain, External Warehouses, Shipping, and other internal teams.
  • Suggest improvements and support corrective actions.

What You Bring

  • Secondary school diploma, preferably in a technical or logistics direction, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inbound logistics.
  • Basic technical understanding of warehouse processes; experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
  • Organized, accurate, and proactive working style.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to help train colleagues.
  • Fluent in Dutch and basic English skills.
  • Forklift/stacker certificate is a plus.
