Warehouse Technical Supervisor

What you will do

• Organizing daily operations to ensure timely, accurate, and safe handling of goods
• Leading, coaching, and developing your team of warehouse clerks, supporting performance and competence building.
• Overseeing both physical and administrative warehouse tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation
• Responding promptly to operational requests from management, internal customers, and external contacts.
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
• Stimulating process improvements and cross‑domain flexibility.

Who you are

• You hold a technical or logistics degree (Bachelor level or equivalent experience in warehouse operations and team leadership)
• You have experience in administrative processing; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• You are a strong leader and coach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• You are proactive, open‑minded, and results‑oriented, and can manage multiple domains in a changing environment
• You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. A stacker/forklift certificate is a plus.
