The Sales Officer coordinates the business development process during proposal and contract negotiations while interacting with the different internal stakeholders to drive the business cases forward till the signing of the contract.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the business development process from concept note to contract closure. 
  • Interface with customer on contractual agreement. 
  • Interpret the customer feedback in contracts. 
  • Act as a liaison between Business Development Managers and Legal, IP, contract administration and the technical leads. 
  • Present and discuss the progress of the cases at the Business Operations Team meetings and make sure people follow up on their actions. 
  • Keep the CRM sales automation system up to date, making sure the business cases you coordinate are well documented.  
  • Manage the contract portfolio of selected accounts by acquiring an overview of the complete contractual situation for each account to ensure consistency and enable structured reporting.

Who you are

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in law, account/sales/business, or equivalent through experience. 
  • You are interested in interpreting customer feedback in contracts and coordinate the associated actions. 
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can switch between tasks without losing track. 
  • You have good communication skills with excellent knowledge of English, and are keen to interact with customers. 
  • You are not afraid to escalate when action is required. 
  • You are the discipline to document your business cases and have a keen eye for detail. 
  • You are a team player but are also able to work autonomously and take initiative. 
  • You have experience with Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams). Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and OneDrive are considered a plus
