Master Data Management Assistant

What you will do

  •  You manage the accurate creation and maintenance of material master data in SAP, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • You collaborate with procurement, warehouse, operations, and Labs teams to gather and validate material information.
  • You support new projects and digitalization initiatives with correct data setup.
  •  You document SOPs and work instructions and contribute to improvement activities.
  •  You act as SME for warehouse reporting and follow up on KPI file completion.
  • You support training needs for new processes within the Supply Chain and Warehouse and Shipping departments

Who you are

  •   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
  •  Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, ideally in material master data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint, with solid analytical and data management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal
