Material Master Data Management Assistant- MMDM&Project team (Replacement B.V)

Level: T4 – Individual Contributor

Drive data accuracy and operational excellence by ensuring high-quality material master data that supports procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain operations. You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data and business processes. You combine analytical thinking with strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver accurate master data that enables efficient and reliable supply chain and warehouse operation

Key responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and govern material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business standards
  • Partner with Procurement, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities, and Lab teams to gather and validate material information.
  • Support new projects, digitalization initiatives, and business process improvements through accurate master data setup and maintenance.
  • Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and drive continuous improvement of master data processes
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and reporting to support efficient operations.
  • Act as a key user for material master data and support testing, training, and system enhancements.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Data Management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SAP; SAP EWM knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power BI) tools and comfortable working with data analysis.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset
  • Hybrid work is applicable (min %50 on site)
