Management Assistant (Interim)
We are looking for a Management Assistant who will
contribute to the smooth functioning of the team by providing administrative
and operational support.
The assignment
- Scheduling
and Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining the executive's
calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and
providing reminders for upcoming events
- Meeting
Coordination: Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing
agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

- Travel Arrangements
- Office
Management: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office,
including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that
the office environment is efficient and well-organized
