We are looking for a management assistant for a temporary replacement. The main assignment is to follow up on general and daily tasks.

Management Assistant (temporary assignment)

Imec is currently looking for a Management Assistant for a temporary assignment who will be responsible on following up general and daily tasks in the department.

You will

  • Provide general and daily support to the Vice President of the department and CSO group (about 40 people).
  • Calendar / Agenda management for different levels: scheduling calls and meetings, booking meeting rooms, catering and restaurants, registration of visitors, solving agenda conflicts, etc...
  • Monthly reporting - Proactive follow up of different workflows (Purchase requests, Travel requests, external workforces, Newcomers, ...)
  • Organizing and managing travel arrangements; preparation of key documents including visas, correspondence (invitation letters).
  • Provide general and daily support to the Executive Vice President, if necessary


  • Have experience as a management assistant, preferably.
  • A pro-active mindset. 
  • Enjoy working with various PC applications, and are a proficient user in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ...
  • Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.

Start date, duration of the assignment and work regime

  • As soon as available, assignment of 6 months,
  • Work regime between 75% - 80%, preferably to be divided among 5 working days
