You will coordinate the activities to grow the business further with new customers. This includes carrying out effective people management and supporting the team in maintaining a good relationship with customers. You will put in place a strong sales plan based on imec IC-link's strategy and objectives and ensure that the commercial pipeline is expanded. You will regularly also be in contact with business development colleague(s) from main vendors like TSMC, to make sure that customer strategies stay aligned. You will also hire people to grow the team as the business grows, if needed. You will report to the VP of Business Development and Sales for IC-Link who is leading the IC-link business worldwide.
