As an ‘ASML-imec Collaboration Program Director’, you manage the imec-ASML collaborations in its multiple facets, as a key interface between the ASML technical and product management teams and the imec teams, with a primary focus on CAP program (Collaboration on Angstrom Patterning)

What you will do

  • As Program director, in collaboration with ASML management team, you will define the short- and long-term strategy of ASML/IMEC Bilateral collaboration programs 
  • You direct and closely manage the various program clusters with the technical teams on both sides. These clusters include advanced lithography, metrology and 3D projects  
  • You will build a strong relationship with the various ASML’s business lines, D&E and Product Management teams 
  • You will promote imec’s programs and technical value proposals to ASML  
  • You will create strong technical and strategic ties with your counterparts at ASML and the customers 
  • You will own the various technical review meetings (TRMs) and executive review meetings (ERMs) 
  • You will be responsible for delivering the various project objectives 
  • You will be responsible for the sizing and monitoring of the agreed resources

Who you are

  • You have several years of experience in the patterning and/or 3D ecosystem technologies and strategies, expertise in lithography/patterning/3D is a must;  
  • You have a high appetite and the skill to build and maintain strategic and technical relationships with the key stakeholders of the collaboration 
  • You work accurately and have attention to detail;  
  • Master, in engineering or scientific area;  
  • You are flexible, and proactive;  
  • You are a very fluent communicator. Excellent knowledge of English;  
  • You have occasional meetings at ASML in Veldhoven.
