Warehouse Logistics Assistant 

As a Warehouse Logistics Assistant, you will help make sure critical materials are received, checked, stored, and delivered on time. You combine hands-on warehouse work with accurate system registration and close teamwork, contributing directly to smooth operations in a safe and structured environment. 

What you will do 

  • Receive, check, label, and store incoming goods, making sure everything is handled correctly from the start. 
  • Register goods and movements in SAP/EWM so materials can be easily tracked when needed. 
  • Compare deliveries with orders and help resolve any differences in a practical way. 
  • Help make sure the right materials reach FAB operations on time. 
  • Work closely with FAB teams and colleagues to understand what is needed and keep things running smoothly. 
  • Support the warehouse gate as a backup and be a helpful contact for carriers and couriers. 
  • Help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and well organized for everyone working there. 
  • Share practical ideas to make daily warehouse work safer, smoother, or more efficient. 
  • Provide backup support at the Tienen warehouse when needed. Your main work locations will be Leuven and Tienen.

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience.  
  • You bring 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.  
  • You have experience with inbound flows such as goods receipt, checks, and put-away.  
  • Experience in a high-tech, production, or cleanroom-related environment is a plus.  
  • Experience with SAP/EWM is an advantage, but training can be provided.  
  • A category B driving license is a strong plus.  
  • A forklift or stacker certification is required.  
  • You communicate well in English and have a working knowledge of Dutch.
