Test & Qualification Engineer (temporary assignment)  

The assignment

  • Prepare the Qualification plan
  • Coordinate the execution with the Imec suppliers
  • Be the interface with the supplier, Test House and the customer
  • Create report and presentations to the customer
  • Write the Qualification report

Required knowledge and skills 

  • Qualification Strategy, Mission profile
  • Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883)
  • Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts
  • Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests)
  • Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis
