The Role

We are seeking an Operations Efficiency Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing and improving all operational processes across the company. You will dive deep into large datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Your insights will directly influence our strategic decisions, helping us to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process Improvement: Propose and implement data-backed solutions to optimize operational processes. This includes everything from supply chain logistics to internal workflows and customer service protocols.
• Technology & AI Implementation: Evaluate and recommend operational reporting software and tools. Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and enhance decision-making. You'll work with our tech teams to successfully integrate these solutions.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with department heads and team members to understand their operational challenges and needs, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical and scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a data analysis, operations management, or business intelligence role. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting software. Experience with AI and machine learning concepts and their practical application in a business context is essential.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
