Office Operations Coordinator
What you will do
Sales & Business Operations:
- You monitor and update the Automotive sales funnel, ensuring dashboards reflect accurate customer interactions.
- You maintain CRM records with the latest customer feedback and ensure data integrity.
- You support financial reporting by keeping profit & loss dashboards up-to-date.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
- You identify opportunities to streamline internal workflows and improve collaboration.
- You contribute to developing and maintaining reporting structures and dashboards.
Office management:
- You manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements, events and workshops You prepare and facilitate meetings by creating clear agendas, structured notes, decision logs and tracking follow-up actions.
- You support onboarding of new employees and ensure smooth integration
- You draft and distribute internal communications to keep our teams informed and aligned.

Who you are
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in office coordination and/or business operations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data dashboards and reporting tools.
- Skilled at maintaining oversight of financial processes (profit & loss tracking).

Languages
