Automated Line Operator
What you will do
- Operate and monitor high-tech automated machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain accurate performance and efficiency of the tools as qualified user.
- Follow and understand procedures, instructions and WoW quickly and apply them correctly.
- Able to act correctly and clearly under pressure and ask support when needed.
- Quickly identify and report any issues or malfunctions to First Line Support (FLS) or WIP lead.
- Follow safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Communicate in clear language and understandable terms (also in English) and participate actively in shift handover.
- Keep everything tidy according to 5S rules.
- Refill chemicals.

Who you are
- Experience in operations environment or a similar field is preferred, but we focus on potential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and dynamic.
- Knowledge of English
Below is an example of the shift schedule, providing a clear understanding of the work hours and rotation you can expect in this role:
- Week X: You will work the early shift (06:15 – 14:15) from Monday to Friday.
- Week X+1: You work the night shift (21:45 – 06:30) from Monday to Friday.
- Week X+2: You work the late shift (14:00 – 22:00) from Monday to Wednesday, on Thursday and Friday you have recuperation and on Saturday and Sunday you work 12h - (06:30 – 18:30)
- Week X+3: From Monday to Wednesday, you have recuperation and on Thursday and Friday you work in the late shift (14:00 – 22:00).
- Week X: You work from Monday to Friday in the early shift. (06:15 – 14:15).
