As a Researcher Environmental Sensing you will contribute to the technologies that will define tomorrow's society. In this new role, you will utilize your technical expertise and domain knowledge to drive research activities with a specific focus on air quality (nitrogen compound, particulate matter sensing, a.o) using fine-grained networks. You will work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of amongst others - sensor application engineers, data scientists and hardware engineers who are creating innovative solutions in environmental monitoring and precision agriculture. The team focuses on filling in the knowledge gaps related to air, water, and soil quality, by developing novel sensor solutions combined with intelligent algorithms. We bring research into the field, participating in Regional and EU funded projects that aim to quantify the impact of human activities on health and the environment.
