In this position you manage the Signal Processing team of about 10 experts. Together you design innovative algorithms that bring our wireless systems, RF, and photonic sensors to unprecedented performance levels at a record low power consumption. The Signal Processing team closely collaborates with the IC design team, the photonics team, the neuromorphic team and AI experts on systems like ultra-wideband positioning, ultra-low power transceiver design, lidar and low power radar, as well as various other sensing modalities. The team translates system level requirements into component level specifications, performs accurate system modeling and innovates on algorithms, closed-loop control, modulation and digital-style analog and RF concepts as well as on signal processing for electro-optical systems like lidar or OCT.
