ICT Service Owner Microsoft (temporary assignment)

We are looking for an ICT Service Owner to own and manage all ICT Services related to Microsoft. This includes partner management and ensuring service delivery is as agreed in the support contract.

The assignment 

• You monitor and control service delivery of our partner
• You coordinate incidents, release and change management according to imec ICT procedures and routines
• You manage policies together with the Digital Workplace team
• You manage Microsoft and Office 365 licenses 
• You will work closely together with the Digital Workplace team

Required knowledge and skills 

• You have strong knowledge of IT Service Management, you are preferably ITIL certified, and have have admin knowledge of Office 365
• You are experienced in managing outsourced support contracts
• You work in a structured way, adhering to internal processes
• You are a strong communicator
• You are fluent in English

Minimum 3 months
