Imec is looking for an ICT Service Owner to own and manage all ICT Services in different functional domains but with a strong focus on our Microsoft O365 & Power Platforms

Junior Service Delivery Manager - Microsoft 

What you will do

Responsibilities include: 
  • Ensure all incidents and service requests are handled and solved in time as agreed in the SLA  
  • Manage the lifecycle of the service  
  • Manage policies together with the Digital Workplace team  
  • Service document management and knowledge management 
  • Coordinate partners and colleagues that are working on your services  
  • Managing Microsoft and Office 365 licenses  
  • Managing the operational budget 
  • Managing support contracts  
  • Release / change management
 
You will:
  • Be part of the Digital Workplace Team within the ICT department and work in close collaboration with your team members, other ICT teams and business departments
  • Build up network within ICT and imec
  • Build up functional knowledge on how the Digital Workplace team works and understand the relevant business processes

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or information technology. Having a proven experience in a similar role is considered a plus  
  • You have knowledge of IT Service Management, an ITIL certificate is a plus 
  • You have admin knowledge of Office 365 
  • You have a first experience in managing outsourced support contracts 
  • You work in a structured way, adhering to internal processes 
  • You are a strong communicator 
  • You are fluent in English
