What does the talent manager do?
We are preparing for the future. In the work we do and in the way we work. As talent manager you will lead the talent development & enablement team and processes, spanning the entire employee journey as from onboarding and including management and leadership development.
A grasp of the role:
Develop the future of talent development & enablement processes such as onboarding, goalsetting, connecting and developing skills to contribute to a strong and coherent employee experience.
Support management and leadership teams with training, coaching and development initiatives based on imec culture & values.
Set up initiatives to share knowledge and experience.
Guide a team of 5 colleagues in revisiting the scope of L&D activities, blending the people-first approach in line with changing business imperatives.
Contribute to optimal use of the current and evolving technology landscape (Cornerstone, Service Now, SAP Successfactors, Microsoft Teams,...)
