You are responsible for the administrative support in the domain of contract administration.

The assignment

Your main tasks are:

  • You handle a variety of contracts to be signed: you check whether these contracts are complete (in final version), and you initiate the internal approval procedure.
  • You coordinate the contract signature and you take care of all the required follow-up and administration in CRM Dynamics and Sharepoint. 
  • You take care of quotes: you draft, coordinate and process these following the imec standards.
  • You manage to set up a good relationship with your internal customers, which comprises a timely, clear and diplomatic communication. 

Required knowledge and skills

  • Detail-oriented
  • Preferably paralegal experience
  • Accurate and perseverance to obtain the desired result
