What you will do

  • As a member of our Fab Automation & Applications team, you will receive a jump start into system capabilities from CIM Product Owners. You will understand current roll-out plans, as well as future target scenarios. 
  • You will collaborate with the existing training function in Fab Operations to develop training material for the new way of working and to update job descriptions for future hiring activities. 
  • You will liaise with Change Agents in R&D departments to ensure we establish effective communication channels for receiving their requirements, prepare for their involvement in User Acceptance Tests, and will provide specific training material. 
  • You will be responsible for the successful implementation of our change trajectory. To elaborate the change management plan, you will work closely with the Smart Fab program management. 
  • You will facilitate certain communication and trainings, monitor the effectiveness of cascaded trainings, and drive improvements as needed.

Who you are

  • You are a strong communicator, know how to bring your message across and can make a point. You also are an active listener capable of capturing crucial feedback. 
  • You either have an education in engineering or exact sciences, and practice project management. Or you have a management education and practice in a highly technical environment. 
  • You have gone through an Industry 4.0 change journey, so can tell from your own experience what it takes for automation initiatives to be successful and which contributions are necessary by which role. 
  • Experience in a complex manufacturing environment – characterized by demanding processes, high product mix, delicate materials and a diversity of stakeholders involved – is a strong asset, preferably in the semiconductor industry. 
  • You have a pro-active approach, take initiative, organize your work well, and are successful in building coalitions. 
  • Since you will be working in a highly international environment and will be maintaining a good contact with colleagues and co-workers from all over the world, fluency in English is essential.
