The membership benefits are summarized below:

Networking & information distribution

  • Exchange of general & personalized information (via phone or mobile, mail, E-mail, etc.)
  • 'Newsletter'-subscription with the possibility to publish own information & newsflashes
  • Access to this web site with the following information:
    • Announcements of events (conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings, etc.)
    • Newsflashes
    • Member profile with link to own web site
  • Access to the on-line community platform with the following information:
    • General information, documents, roadmaps, etc.
    • Specific information about European initiatives in the field of micro- & nano-technology
    • Archive of available material from previous events (conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings, etc.)
    • Archive of Meeting Reports from the ' Microsystems & Nanotechnology Network Strategy Management Board'
  • Entitlement to information about initiatives in the field of micro- & nano-technology
  • At least one 'Member Follow-Up Meeting' per year by the Network Manager
  • Interface and support via the Network Manager for:
    • Specific questions and/or problems
    • Definition and implementation of innovation studies and/or projects
    • Networking amongst the members of the network

Participation in activities

  • A reduction of 50% in case of events organised by the network itself
  • A reduction of 25% in case of events related to micro- & nano-technology organised by Agoria Vlaanderen, IMEC vzw and WTCM-CRIF
  • Possibility to participate in the 'Microsystems & Nanotechnology Network Strategy Management Board' to participate in the definition and implementation of the mission, strategy and planning of the network

Fee

The yearly membership fee for the 'Microsystems & Nanotechnology Network' is equal to:

     ( type of fee ) * ( membership factor )

in which:

( type of fee ) can take the following values:

  • 1500 EUR (VAT excl.): in case of large enterprises
  • 1000 EUR (VAT excl.): in case of small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • 750 EUR (VAT excl.): in case of universities, research centres and poles of competence

( membership factor ) can take the following values:

  • 0.75: for members of Agoria and/or WTCM-CRIF
  • 1.00: for non-members of Agoria and WTCM-CRIF
